INGREDIENTS : Hyderabadi Imli Ka Khatta
Onions-1/2 finely slIced
Tamarind pulp-2 Teaspoon full.
Turmeric/haldi powder-1/4Teaspoon full
Water-4 cups
Cumin seeds-1/4 Teaspoon full
Red Chilli powder-1/2Teaspoon full
Oil-3 Teaspoon full
Salt-1/2 Teaspoon full or as per your taste.
Groundnut-1/4cup
Adrak-Laisan/Ginger-Garlicpaste-1/2 Teaspoon full
Cilantro and Mint leaves finely chopped-1/4cup
Curry leaves-5 to 6
Til/Sesame seeds-1 Teaspoon full

Directions: Hyderabadi Imli Ka Khatta
At first we Take a big bowl,add in tamarind paste and water.Mix them and keep aside.
Dry roast groundnut and Sesame seeds.
In a mixie jar add the roasted groundnut,sesame seeds,red chillli powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,salt and some water.Grind to a fine paste.
Add this paste to the tamarind and water mix kept aside earlier in a bowl.
Mix well and put chopped onion ,cilantro mint leaves.
In a frying pan heat oil,add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
Let it turn brown.
Now put off the flame and add a pinch of Turmeric.
Pour the contents of the pan over the mixture prepared above.
Serve with Khichdi.
