INGREDIENTS:
2⁄3 cup soy sauce
1⁄4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
I used boneless, skinless chicken breast that I cut up
Sliced mushrooms
Fresh Broccoli
Bamboo shoots
1 teaspoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch. Add ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes. Put soy sauce mixture in a ziplock bad and add all other ingredients. Shake, knead well until everything is coated with mixture. Place back in refrigerator and chill for about an hour.
Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in wok or a skillet on high heat. When hot add the pork and vegetable mixture. Cook on high stirring constantly until veggies are tender and it all thickens
