Nutty Besan Laddos |
Sugar 2 cups
Laddu Besan 2 and 1/2 cup
Cardamond powder 1 tsp
Ghee 3/4 cup
Almonds, kaju and walnut (grind it coarsely)
Directions: Nutty Besan Laddos
Take your besan and put it in a non stick pan give it a good stir on medium heat and add the ghee.
Keep ‘bhooning’ (cooking) on medium heat for at least 10-12 min mixture will change a bit of colour.
Turn off heat and set aside for 5-7 min make sure mixture doesn’t go cold but stays warm.
Add your sugar, cardamom powder and all your nutymix it all very well in the besan mixture you made
after mixing everything together make small round balls (if mixture doesnt stick and a little bit of milk to make the round shape balls
