Prawn Karahi |
Ingredients: (Prawn Karahi)
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Ginger/ Garlic paste 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander 1 bunch
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Green chillies 4
Lemons 3
Prawns 20
Cumin seeds ½ tbsp
Tomatoes 6
Oil 1 cup
Garam masla powder 1tsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper Corns 1tsp
Ginger (finally cut) 2 tbsp
Directions: (Prawn Karahi)
Cook tomatoes, ginger/ garlic, garam masla, red chillies and yogurt in a wok till water dries then put small drop oil in a frying pan, fry prawns lightly and add in the wok.
Roast lightly on an iron griddle coriander, cumin and black pepper; grind and put in the wok.
Fryprawns while gradually adding oil in the wok then add lemon juice, ginger green chilles and coriander; dish out add little bit salt and serve it
